ILR in July + Parking Fine yesterday (30 Apr)- any problems?

I am due for IRL in July...
Unfortunately I got a Parking Fine just yesterday (30 Apr) evening as I was late by 12 minutes and I tried to convince the ticketing guy who was sticking the note on my car's windshield when I reached to my car... But he didnt budge as the ticket was already issued...
The note says if I pay in 14 days then the fine is 50% discounted i.e. £25 else its £50.
I am planning to just pay off on Tuesday.
But important question - will this effect my ILR?
