Hi,

Thanks for reading this I need to send my wifes documents at the end of this month. I'm have real problems since I need 6 joint named documents I need to send.

Firstly we do not have an documents/statements that are in joint names over the 2 years. I created bank accounts for her in single names when she arrived and all the statements are in single names.

Also I live with my parents so all the bills are in my fathers name i.e Gas / TV / Electric / Water etc

I have 2 other bank accounts that I'm going to convert into joint names.

I would appreciate some advise on what documents I can possibly send
to make up the rest.

All the other esol / life in the uk is fine.

Regards

They don't have to be in joint names. Submit what you can find in single names...letters, doctor's registration card etc...spread as evenly as you can over the 2 years. If you have nothing at all in joint names, include more than the 6 in total if possible. Explain in the application that as you are living with family you don't have bills in your name.
It would probably be advisable to apply by post rather than in person at a PEO. It will give you the opportunity to submit further information if the case worker needs it.

Doctor's reg card and driving licence are good ones, but just about anything that has your or your wife's name on it showing the joint address can be submitted.

Also don't forget to add a letter from your parents that both of you are living with them and they pay all the bills etc and they don't have any problem living with you ( you have adequate accommodation available )

Does this letter have to be notarised or certified?
