ECAA for Turkish Citizens and ILR

I have an ECAA visa as I have been with the same employer for over 4 years. I will be in the UK for 10 years in June. Will I be able to apply for ILR? As on home office's website it states "You (ECAA holders) will not be able to apply for permission to stay here permanently (known as 'indefinite leave to remain')." http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/workin ... h/workers/
