Hi All,

I will be applying for ILR in Sep next year. However, since this new requirement of HO about the cohibitation documents came at ILR stage, I think to start working on it.

Generaly, these are utility bills, council tax statements etc with names and addresses on it.

My question is;

1. Does my wife needs her name on all the utility bills?

OR

2. It will be OK if there are bills and statements are on separate names but the address is same.

I am a bit confuse on this so need an advise.

Currently just council tax and water bills are on both of our names.

Thanks,

Refer to SET(M) form (Section 10, Note 8 (on page 15)) or refer to FLR(M) form (Section 11, Note 8 (on page 19)).

Just like always...very prompt reply and spot on.

I am living in rental property since I came in this country. Do I need to provide documents covering the last two years. If I do not have documents for the last two years what documents should I use than. I can provide the documents from the current address but the last address will be difficult.

Need your advise.
