Hi,

I am here in UK for last 10 Years, I applied on time for for Tier 1 General from PSW but i was refused last year but I was given right of appeal and I did appeal against the decision and I won my appeal and Now I have Tier 1 General Visa with me.

I wanted to know that will this refusal will create any problem for my 10 years long residency ILR application as my PSW was expired last year september and now the new Tier 1 visa starts from April 2011.

I have no other gaps.

As you applied in time you benefit from leave under 3c therefore your lawful residency continued during the application and appeal process.
