Spouse and I to live seperately

Hi!
I have a bit of aproblem here. I am on a spouse visa which was issued in Feburary 2011 and is valid till Feburary 2013. My spouse is going to be attending university this september and is going to be there for four years. I am looking for a graduate jobn in the city and am going to be based quite a distance away from her.
We intend to meet every weekend. She intends to come over on her holidays, vacations exam prep times, etc.
I am worried that since we are not going to be living together at the same address...that my application for ILR might face a problem. Please help!
