Am bit confused about the criminality conviction clause for the ILR...

About 2 years back I missed my council tax payment due to on holiday and I was (suprisingly) issued a court summon straightaway. I later talked with the council and they said if I continue paying now then the summon stands cancel.

Since then I have paid my council monthly and there are no arrears with regards to council....

Just curious to know ... are missed payments to utility companies or Council counted as criminal convictions....

They can be counted BUT only if you had been convicted by court. Apparently you were not (eventually) summoned to court - let alone be convicted.
