I'd be due for my PR very soon. I own a limited company, payroll for which is run by an accountant.

However, they can run payroll only on the quaterly basis which means they can produce payslip for the quarter and not for each month. They, however, are ready to provide any supporting letter.

In short - Even though I'd be withdrawing money on a monthly basis but the payslips will be for the quarter showing sum of all 3 months salary.

Please need advice and suggestion on letter from forum members..

Thanks

UKBA guidelines say income proof has to be from two different sources. In most cases people provide payslips and bank statements. What if someone wish to provide P60 and bank statements. In that case too there won't be any month-wise earning statement. IMO, quarterly payslips shouldn't be a problem. A letter from accountant with monthly salary should be OK as backup.

A very valid point..I thought so it shouldn't be an issue but just wanted to double check with forum.
