Hi All,
Can i please request your advice and thoughts so that i can take an informed decision.

My Life cycle in UK

1) HSMP Approval Letter recd FEB 2006.
2) Came to UK June 2006.
3) HSMP EXTENSION APR 2007 (4 YEARS)
4) HSMP EXTENSION APR 2011.

I fall under JR (Pre Apr 2006) i have been in Uk for 4+ years.
I have been working in european country. since Feb 2007.
I own a company and i have few other guys working with me in the same project for my Company.

The client requirement is for me to stay there and work in their shared service centre.
For this reason i spent most of the time in europe working and visit UK every 90 days. I have always maintained my accomdation in uk.
My company is UK based, all the Employees/Contractors are UK based.
All taxes are paid in UK.
I cannot come back to UK and work in the same project.

I have spent about 1000 days away from UK in last 5 yrs.

Can you please advise if its worth trying ILR.
I do it ILR as the british PP can open more oppn for me and my firm.
And this is our only client and give us 100% revenue

And thoughts will be appreciated.
Regards

hello,

I am almost in your situation & i have applied for my ILR through a solicitor. I have 2 long absence one for 3 months & the other for 4 months and in total about 450 days for business. I also a JW covered applicant

Im running my own business which is a UK based company, all my salaries were paid in the UK and to my UK bank account & taxed. Corporation tax is also paid in the UK.

As long as you can prove this, i am sure you should be fine (well, this is what i have been told by my solicitor, though its a 50:50 as we have to rely on caseworkers descretion). In case if my application is refused, i will let you know
