Calculating absences from UK for ILR: Spouse on summer hols

I understand that you need to have less than 180 days absence from the UK, paid holidays and business tours are not counted.
My wife (who does not work) usually takes 5 weeks holiday outside the UK every year to stay with her aged parents during the summer. This is during the school term break, we maintain our residency/home/employment/taxes and NI etc.
Will her absence cause difficulties for her ILR (she and both children under 18 will apply as my dependants).
Thanks and Kind regards
