Applying for ILR - absences from UK -

Hi,
I am currently preparing to apply for ILR as Tier1 General using SET(O).
But, I am in total confusion about this Total number of days away from UK.
My Visa ( 1Yrs on WorkPermit,2Yrs HSMP, 3Yrs Tier1)
While I was on 2Yrs HSMP time - I traveled to India for my Marriage and EYE operation(LASIK) because of post operation complexiting - i need to stay for one more week ( 90+7days)
And also, over all - i stayed/traveled out of UK for 250days out of these 5years time.
Will these two points will effect my ILR application or not?
I been trying to find some kind of information around this, still I cannot decide myself whether to apply for ILR or Tier1 2nd Extention?
