hi, could you please advice me..............

My wife has to apply for LIR, in August, and I'm just wondering if these below documents will be enough?

4. ESOL level 3 qualification
5. Letters from College
6. Letters from GP
7. Bank Statement x 2, February and May
8. Water Bill x1 – April
9. Letters from College

2010
Bank statements x 1 on Dec
Water Bill on joined name x1 on July
Work contract letter
Payslips Sept – Dec
College registration letter

2009
Revenue & Customs letter - Insurance number

in total she has 7 utility bills on her name

3 Bank statements 2010 (dec) 2011 (march, june)
home phone Bill 2011 (may, June)
Mobile Bill 2011 (June, July)

My partner (ME)

Bank statements for past 3 years
DVLA letter
TV bill
P60
Work contract

Documents from my partners parents

Tangency agreement
Council Tax Bill
Confirmation letter from landlord
Confirmation letter that the property is not overcrowded
Confirmation letter form my parents to confirm shes living in same property

i tried to spread the documents for past 2 years, and the only document she has on 2009 (Sept ) is from Revenue and Customs where they sent the NI. between step 2009 and 2010 (august) I don't have any have any documents on her name, because most of the utility bills we have are paper-free. and is it okay to print these out from Internet.

and also is it worth checking documents via checking service, because we are going to apply via premium service

thank you for your advice...

as far as i know you only need the ESOL level 3 certificate, but just to be on save side my wife passed the Life in the uk test, also might help the application :)
