Hello All

I am going to apply for an ILR for me (WP+Tier1), my wife as depenedent next month.

I have booked an appoitment (online) for me,my wife and my daguhter 3years old she was born here in UK.

Although I have booked an appoitment for all 3 of us in Birmingham,

Then I read on lots of forum on Immigration board that I do not need to include my daugter as dependent in ILR as she was born in uk and after getting mine and my wife's ILR I can apply directly for her naturaloization using MN1 form.

1) Can anyone please advsie do I need to call PEO to say that I don't want to include my daghter in this application appointment as I am planning to apply directly for naturalization for her. or can i go directly with the same appointment and tell them their and then.

2) I have last 3 years counsil bills where the name for both me and my is mentioned but not for this year as we change the house and forgot to inlcude her name in this do you think it can be a problem if yes then what should i do.

3) as i am applying on tier 1 do I need any letter from my current employer.

thanks

Not even 2 hours and you are already impatient! People will respond if and when they wish to, so be patient.

Thanks for your reply Sushdmehta

I didn't mean to be impatient. the only issue here is the more delay I will do to get the apoitment changed the more later appointment I will get if they don't allow me to change it and might ask to book new appointment.

thanks
