Dear forum members,
I was granted leave to remain on 8 Jan 2010, after 2 years of my entry into UK.
I would be going for Indefinite leave to remain in Dec 2012, i was just having a look at the set(O) form.
My queries:
1. For earnings, i come in this category?
Applications for indefinite leave to remain where an applicant has had leave as a Writer, Composer or Artist, Self-employed lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the Rules in place before 6 April 2010
2. For qualification, i come in this category?
Applications for indefinite leave to remain where you have had leave as a Highly Skilled Migrant, Writer, Composer or Artist, Self-employed Lawyer, or as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant under the Rules in place before 6 April 2010
I have a bachelor's degree - for that it has *
* you can only claim points for a Bachelor’s degree level qualification if you have previously been granted leave to enter or remain as a Tier 1 (General) Migrant, Writer, Composer or Artist or a Self-Employed Lawyer; and that leave was granted under the rules in place before 31 March 2009.
Does this mean, i can't any claim for bachelors degree?
Regards,
rui
