Payslip & P60 Question

Hi all

Hopefully somebody can help me, I will appreciate it.

I am just busy compiling all my documentation for ILR under SET (M)

My question is regarding my payslips?

I have all my payslips for the last 6 months but for April I only have a copy because I never received it in the mail. Will this be OK? There is no way for me to get the original because it was lost in the mail :( Would it be ok if i include a copy of the payslip plus a bank statement specifically for that day showing it went into my account?

How important is it that I have my p60's for the last 2 years? I am applying as a wife of someone present and settled in the UK

Except for this I have (I think) everything else.

When applying for settlement under SET(M) there is no requirement for an applicant to be employed, leave alone the requirement to provide payslips / P60 covering the 2 year qualifying residential period.

Evidence of employment (employer letter, most recent 3-4 payslips, etc.) are sufficient to help prove that you are able to maintain yourself without recourse to public funds.
