My VISA was granted on 26 Jul 2006, I arrived in UK on 27 Aug 2006.

My appointment was 11:15. I arrived 20 minutes earlier and my token number was called on 12:15.

the doc were asked by case worker:
SET O form,
Passports
3 months payslips
3 months bankstatment
Employee letter.

Case worker told me I submitted application a bit early and it should be 28 days before 27 Aug 2011. I showed him the new guidance that changed in April. He talked to his colleague then came back said its ok.
An hour later he completed the input and paperwork and told me my application was successful and go to counter 22 to collect passports in an hour.

I had lunch in the nearby town centre and came back to see ILR has been granted.

Am I right in assuming that your leave was due to expire before 30-Jul-2011? (i.e. - before the "28 days window" preceding the 5th anniversary of your entry in the UK).

Yes. My leave was due to expire on 26-Jul-2011

2.2 Applications that fall short of the five year continuous period
In some cases, applicants may have been granted 5 years continuous leave, but will not have
spent 5 years continuously in the UK before their current leave expires. Caseworkers may
count the period between entry clearance being granted and the date the applicant entered
the UK towards the 5 years, provided this period was not longer than 3 months

Hello Guys, Please can you advice me on when can i submit my ILR application based on the above rule?

Enter UK on 15/12/2006 - WP
1st Extn 27/05/2008 to 27/05/2009 (T2 ICT)
2nd Extn 27/05/2009 to 04/12/2011(T2 ICT)

When is the earliest date can i apply for my ILR?
