Hi

I had a traffic conviction early this year with court fine and 5 points on license for drive without due care and attention. I applied basic CRB through disclosure Scotland and got the report as clean ( means no convictions at all). But while filling the ILR application form do I need to mention that I had conviction when asked for "do you have any traffic convictions"? if think if I mention caseworker is get confused and case becomes more complicated.
Is the basic CRB from Disclosure scotland certificate is sufficient enough for "not having any unspent convictions" . Please let me know

Thanks in advance

You will get ILR even you mention it,and its better to mention.
