Hi,

Can any one guide me, that how much funds should be available in your bank account before applying for ILR?

And since when - 3 months, 6 months or 12 months before application date?

I am on Tear 1 and have two dependants, my wife and my son.

I can only tell you that funds requirement, if any, is for a period of 3 months only. Are you covered by HSMP JR? what was your visa type before T1G?

No I am not covered by HSMP JR, Initially was granted HSMP then got extension under T1 G. I will be applying for ILR in Feb 2012. So are you sure the funds requirement is only for last 3 months? Any reference of home office document/
Any idea how much it should be?
