Hello

I have been following this forum for quite sometime. In my case i have breached the 90 day rule for the job assignment from my company in a third country than my home country. The assignment was from Mar 2009 till Nov 2010. In this period I have been away for the following days.

27-Mar-09 4-Jun-09 - 68 Days
12-Jun-09 5-Jul-09 - 22 Days
13-Jul-09 6-Jan-10 - 176 Days
12-Jan-10 27-May-10 - 134 Days
2-Jun-10 3-Jul-10 - 30 Days
13-Jul-10 21-Oct-10 - 99 Days
25-Oct-10 13-Nov-10 - 18 Days
19-Nov-10 26-Nov-10 - 6 Days

My Ilr application is due in September and i have a valid tier 1 visa till July 2012. Extension of Tier 1 Visa would be a problem (if required).

I am aware that for my above absences ILR is difficult to get. Howeer i would like to know whether i can reapply for ILR if i spend the agrregated absences.

I have been High Incomer Tax Payer, Have a House in UK, been with the same company in the UK, was paid in the UK . My employer can provide anything in wirting to assist em in getting the ILR.

Do i have a chnace? If yes then How?
Secondaly can i apply after sepening aggregated absences?
Or does my Clock reset from the day i last entered the country?

Will appreciate reply at the earliest.
