my husand is here on a 2 year spouse visa. we are visiting his parents and family in US and immediately on our return will be submit ILR application..

we return to the UK on day 28 prior to being eligible to submt... will this cause an issue at Immigration on entry to UK?

No problem. I suggest you all paperwork prepared ready to submit in case of any delay in your return. Has the Life in the UK test been taken?

yes he has taken and passed the Life in the UK test.
I plan on having everything prepared before we leave... thank you for your prompt reply
