Hi,

I just wanted to double check the earliest date I can apply for ILR in person at PEO.

WP issued date for one year: 15th October
WP visa issued in Pakistan: 1st Nov 2006
UK arrival date: 29th Nov 2006

Then my company extended my WP for next 5 years
Residence permit issued for 5 years: 16th September 2007

Any advice will be appreciated.

However, when I called my solicitor he said you can apply on 1st Nov 2011 as you entered UK on 29th Nov 2006.

That's why I confused.
