Hi everyone,
First of all a BIGGG thankyou to everyone here who has helped me and i have received alot of information browsing through the various threads.
My ILR application was submitted by my solicitor at croydon, i had booked an appointment for sheffield on 25/07 but to be on a safe side i sent my application through him and as always he did a fabulous job the reason i am saying this is my wife came to uk on 12/05/11 along with my two sons and all their applications were successful as well.
Few details of my case
WP holder -Aug 2006 to Mar 2011
Tier 1- March 2010 to now
i submitted only 2 documents for cohabitation one was a recent water bill and other was the tenancy agreement on both our names and thats all.
my documents as i am self employed since i got my tier 1
11 months bank statements
Invoices
Accountant letter
NI contributions letter
self assessment calculator printout
Abscences spreadsheet
LIUK test cert for both me and my wife

and thats it, if anyone need a good solicitor pm me and i will be happy to give you details of my one he also charges very less compared to others.

Congratulations ash on your success! A few questions from my side:

1) What exactly is NI contributions letter? How did you obtain it?

2) How many absences did you have from UK? How many were personal and how many work related? Were there any unpaid leaves as well?

3) Can you please provide the name of the solicitor to me?

One thing i would like to tell everyone on this forum i am not doing any kind of marketing for him and its only bcoz he was exceptionally good and gave a professional service at the time of my tier-1 and also now for ILR and also charges a reasonable fee and initial consultation is free as well so why not everyone who need a good solicitor contact him
when i went to london this time to give my docs to balakrishna i had a problem with accountant and i was late and by the time we finished all the forms and arranging docs it was 12:30 in the night he was patient and helped me
