Hi all,

Iam applying ILR for my wife on Sep 5 (croydon - managed to got an appointment)....

I have pretty much got the checlist ticket...just wanted to check few more with you guys..

1: She works for one employer for the last 5 years - Do we need P60 ? (because, we don't have P60 atm)

2: WRT SOC code - she works in a restaurant as a manager - what is the ideal soc code - > (if someone can provide a link that would be great)?

these are the things i have

1: Her passport
2: Life in the UK test certificate
3: Tenancy Agreement
3: Council tax
5: Water bill
6: Last 6 mnths Payslips/Bank stmts
7: Letter from employer - stating that her service is needed

SHE IS FALLING WITHIN 180 day rule...

Anything is missing from the above list.... Also, she is in maternity break..does it break any rule?

WP - came in Sep 2006 in a 5 year WP ...hence, she is eligible from Aug...

Re the P60, look at the FAQs (in a sticky post at top). Other documents look enough
