i need an advice. i am on TIER 1 G.
by profession, i am a chemical engineer and working on a contract basis at a chemical plant. i have hust switched to a limited company. i have set up my limited company in which i am the director and i am the employee. in near future i will be applying for extention in my visa. i wanna know at that time, what will be my gross income before tax? whether it would be my salary plus dividends i will earn or company gross income will be my gross income? how i may maximise my gross income figure for a particular year plz for visa application? if anyone could answer plz?

When were you initially granted the T1G visa? Are you covered by the HSMP JR, if not then the whatever income was required at the time of application should be shown at the time of extension as well. You should score the same points as you did at the time of initial application. The extension application & guidance itself explains everything. Good Luck

Dear my question was different. i got extention on 25th may 2010. i was asking about salary. what would be my salaray? (my company gross income or my (director) salary puls dividends plz?
