Hi Guys,

I am asking this question as few ppl have been advised differently in the forum. I have now got ILR, my wife is still on Tier 1 Dependent Visa.
Should I apply for FLR?
I asked this question to home office and still waiting for response.
We are planning to visit overseas in October as well.

yes she does need to switch on FLR(M). See this post.
