What do you mean by 'adopt a new identity'? Also, what's an 'EEA book'?

i mean i have european passport that i got to help me survive and work and pay my bills stress free but because its fake and i use different name not my real name and so i have not heard from home office regarding the asylum case and i thought if i stayed 10 years i can automatically apply for ILR
but if i can and i dont want to be deported i like to be self reliant i can call my self a different name other than the one h/o know and marry and live peaceful can it work

if you have used a false passport to work then you have broken the law. Under what identity and what basis did you apply for ilr? Did your complete a form and pay the fee?

So are you saying you applied for ilr/pr in your false identity? What was the name of the form you completed? Using a false document in an application to remain in the UK is even more serious. I think you should seek legal advice.

on what basis did you apply for ilr and what form did you complete? If you didn't pay a fee then it is unlikely you made a valid application and in any case you don't qualify for ilr under the rules. You really do need to seek legal advice.
