HELP

Hi
My post may be a bit stupid,but I rather be seen as such than get it wrong.
My Spouse visa expires on 21st of September. When is the earliest date I can apply. I got a date for 25th August @ a PEO? would it be too early? Need to travel on the 3rd of September

The date of 25 Aug is fine... This is not early at all.

It depends on when you initially
arrived on the spouse visa.

I applied in the UK. Changed from a student visa to spouse visa. Did a premium application

Then you should be fine on the 25 August.

Thanks. But when I counted the days remaining : 29days.
I cannot find any slot till the 15th @ croydon.
Do they update daily?

No it is not. In SET(O) form there is a list of such benefits which count towards public funds:
