7th oct is exactly the 28th day before. i am not 100% sure if 7th is considered or not. best to apply couple of days letter if in doubt i.e. 8th or 9th oct,

dear mastiger82,
my visa is also stamped 3 nov.2006(changed from student visa) but i had to go to my country to get the stamp in my passport.I entered uk 18 nov 2006.I counted I am eligible to apply 21 Oct.2011 but i decided not to take risk and decided to book 24/11/2011.I would advise u to add a couple days to be sure.
Could u please share your experience concerning your wife :D
Wish you the best luck at the interview :D

Hi Fora,

I need to book peo appointment as soon as possible as I have got travel plan.

I am sure we can apply 28 days before 5 years complete. Am I right?

Just to tell you good news that I have recieved email from home office stating that my wife does not need to complete 2 years.
It is exactly the same email like you rec'd and same person responded to me.

I am also including my child who was born in uk. I know I can register him after I get ILR, however I have got travel plan soon.

Let me know what you think if it is ok to book exactly 28 days before?

HI Fora/Mastiger82

I have got similar case as that of you guys. My Tier 1 General visa is gonna expire on 3rd Nov 2011 and I am covered under HSMP JR.
My wife is with me in UK for less than 2 years.
Couple of things, Can you please share your email which you have received from UKBA stating that spouse does not need to complete 2 years under HSMP JR? Can you also post the email address of UKBA for query?

I just checked my documents yesterday. I found 4 P60s but could not able to find fifth one. Is there any contact address for HMRC where I can ask for fifth P60 or tax details for that year?
Thanks
