Hi all,

I have two questions (2 more i should say!) about ILR.

My wife will be applying on Sep5th (fingers crossed!) for ILR beased on 5 years WP. Currently, she is in her Maternity Break and iam her husband and our boy is already holding british passport on the basis that i hold british passport.

My question is:

1: In the application form she is not naming any dependent..Will it give any problem? because, currently, she is in her maternity break!

2: Also, iam going to pay for her Premium Service fees (£1320)...Will it give any problem?

Quick answers will be much appreciated!

Thanks

1. No, as "not-yet-born" cannot be included as "dependant".
2. No.

The "already born" child holds British citizenship (and hence British passport), therefore does not need to be included as a "dependant" in any immigration application for entry / stay in the UK.
