hi
Actually I had business and commercial work permit from UK based employer in 2004 for 5 year and at that time employer agreed to pay some fixed salary(£24,000) per year but employer did not pay me agreed salary but only paid me national minimum pay and they did exploitation, now I am not working for that employer now because after spending 2 year on work permit visa I have change my visa status for HSMP and now I have ILR
Now I want to raise court case for that Employer for exploitation and not giving agreed salary of work permit and want to teach them a lesson so can some one help me from where can I start and what document I need.

Thanks
Prakash

Your question is not an immigration matter. Seek advice from an employment solicitor.
