Employed And self employed case -applying for ILR

My case come under Pre-nov 2006 Review and qualify for JR.
I will be applying for ILR in Feb 2012.
I do work full time with a company on their payroll.
I have got P40 and will be having P60 for 4 years.
I have also started company last year and my position is a director. Last year I did nothing with the company so filed £0 in the end but this year I have just started doing business on ebay . My profit is not even £100 a month. So, I have couple of questions:
1. Do i need to open business bank account do a proper accounting and then show papers to HO next year
2. Do i really need to show that I have a company
3. If I don't show that I own a company, will they find out and deny my application.
