It looks there are many people asking questions regarding the situations which may affect ILR. This is about ILR not about Naturalization so please bare in mind. Admins may stickify this post.

As far as I know

-- Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN) will NOT affect ILR
-- Parking Tickets will NOT affect ILR
-- Speeding (again FPN) wil NOT affect ILR
-- Criminal Offences - drink driving, no insurance, mobile phone MAY affect ILR
-- theft, fraud, child abuse, sexual abuse WILL affect your status.

what about disqualified drivers ? someone must know

will be useful to know.

Do you have any of the convictions listed? Useful to know so that you don't commit them, as otherwise, you would?
