hi all
My husbands 2yr spouse visa is about to expire in novemeber.
During the two year probabtion period, my husband had to delay his entry to the uk by two months as his mother was diagnosed with cancer. i mean to say his visa was valid on the 10/08/09, however he made his first entry to uk on 22/10/09.. i made arrangements to be with my husband form august till october.
he then again had to fly back to pakistan on december 14/12/09 as his mother conditioned worsend, she was admitted in ICU and passed away on 20/12/09. i flew to pakistan to be along my husband.
From decemeber till 22/02/10 my husband stayed back in pakistan, as his father was in total state of shock as was his sister. we decided that i would stay behind in pakistan and my husband will fly back to the UK as he had to sit an medical practical exam. we mutally decided that i will stay in Pkiastan to hold the family togther in this sad time, we decded that i would dly back to uk once my husband had found a job and a flat for us.
so on coming back to uk in feb, my husband atteneded a few courses sat his plab medical ecam in March, underwent a clinical attachment at a nhs hopsital and succesfully found work in august 2010 at Kingston Hospital surrey
He agian paid me a vist to pakisatan before his job began for a period of 13 days in july 2010.
It was in october 2010 that i came back to the uk to be with my husband as it was then he had saved and had brought a rented flat.
i would be grateful if someone could help in telling me iF My husband ILR would be approved?
its stressing me out in a big way. I have friends who are immigration lawyers, they advised that i can apply ofr ILR, IF ukba were unwilling to grant ILR THEY SHOULD GRANT FLM.
HOWEVER I AM STILL UNSURE .
ANYONE WITH SIMILAR EXPERINCE PLZ HELP
THANKS
