ILR & criminality an useful official ukba doc

Hi there guys, I am sure many of you guys like me would like a formal ukba document which clarifies different FPN/Caution etc to caseworkers.
I just came accross this very recent documeny("valid from 8th september") and wanted to share the link

I am going to take a printout and take to PEO with me as it specifically instructs the caseworkers that cautions are covered by rehab of offenders act now and to ignore them.
