Dear friends,

I am applying for ILR (Set (O)) in the next couple of weeks and in this regard I have a question - would appreciate your help and guidance - thanks in advance - my question is as follows:

I will be completing my 10 year legal stay( student + HSMP + Tier 1 ) in UK by Feb 9 2012. Presently I'm on Tier 1 General Visa on a new passport. I have lost my previous passport 5 years ago and i do not have a copy of the initial visas when I have entered UK for the very first time. I have a police reference letter informing of the lost passport. My point is how do i prove that i have finished 10 years of legal stay to apply for ILR long stay .

I'd really appreciate your help. Shout out if you need further background/info.

Make a Subject Access Request and ask for all information regarding your immigration applications in the last 10 years, and information about your exit & entry dates.
