ILR peo appointment on monday

Hi there applying for ILR at croydon peo on monday! nervous as hell!!

background:
applying under 5 years of cont residence under hsmp pre nov JR

dont have LIUK

me and two dependents

120 days of total days outside uk with one spell of 42 days(after birth of our child)

child born in the uk but including in the ILR application as wish to travel
issue: me+my wife both were cautioned in june .

As per a valuable suggestion by one of the other successful ILR applicant, taking a "three folder approach" to documents

Going to initially offer:
-ILR form ticking JR on payment page+ tier1 under JR+ 10(G)
-pics
-passports
-original hsmp letter(dated 13th oct 2006)+ letter of extension under JR-
-JR policiy document
-employer letter 1 from the deanery(stating I am in the SpR rotation and by the end of 2013 aspiring to become a consultant) and one from the -current hosp human resource dept
-5 year p60, 3 months bank statement, 3 months salary slips

keeping in backup:(wont offer unless asked for)
childs birth certificate
marriage certificate
mortgage
full 2 years of payslip+ bank statement(both our name on)
cohab documents:
-2 years of joint bank statement
-yearly mortgage statement(although from same bank :( so might not count :( )
-wifes 5 years p60, 2 years payslips
-2 letters each from electoral (voting card etc)
-Letter from GMC(general medical council uk) to both of us(individual letters but on same date to same address) 3 each
-letter from The Royal college of physicians to both of us at different times
-BT and gas bills for me electricity bills for my wife

on 3rd folder( desperate situation):
-loads of other docs for cohab
-AccessNI(CRB equivalent for Northern ireland) for both of us showing police caution only no conviction
-certificate from ARCO regarding our police clearance before we applied for USA visit visa(declared caution and got 10 year visa)
-Printout of ukba pdf which says "cautions are instantly spent and covered by rehab offenders act now" and stating cautions unless recurrent should be disregarded(caseworkers guidance)
-the ILR guideline page which states hsmp(JR) is covered for the criminality threshold anyways.

4th: well not really a folder but a seperate application form FLR(HSMP) fully filled and signed incase they reject IRL to post as a postal application for FLR(God I really hope not!!) on the same day with supporting docs which will be returned to me from croydon if they decline.
Another case scenario if they want to retain the passports I will decline and apply for FLR first so I still have some valid leave while I contact the experts/solicitors.

Sorry guys for the long and boring post I am just too nervous! if any1 could suggest anything else I am missing would be very grateful for any suggestions
regards
