Hello,

I have 3 queries Wondering if anyone can please advice me regarding ILR.

Total Visa period = 4years,11months & 14 days - So i am less then 14 days to complete 5 years time period for ILR.

Total Stay period in UK = 4years 9months (approx), So approx. 3 months short for 5 years time period for ILR.

Also my Baby is Born in UK and dependecy ILR.

My questions are:-

1.) Will HO agree for ILR, as I have enterted in UK below 90 days and short 14 days for 5 years ? - If yes - then please provide me any proof (any link etc) & if not - then what will be the best step forward in my case ?

2. Also have to proccess dependecy ILR for my wife what are the documents have to include. I have read on forums about cohab and police reg. Can please describe what does it mean?

2.) Also do i have to mention my UK born child on the ILR form or can I apply for his citizenship straigtaway on separate form (then which form it will be? - please guide me ) as he is now 1year+ .

Thankyou for anticipation.

Required more advice please might be somebody posted it.

Does it not ... in answer to the following question?
Q - My current leave as economic migrant expires before I complete the qualifying residential period. Can I apply for ILR?
Did you apply for extension early? e.g. - more than a month before expiry date? Perhaps that is the reason for the 14 days shortfall.

Once again thanks for the quicker reply. There are few people which i know and aware of , who applied for an extension more than 1 month like me. HO have stamped the date correctly, in some cases they have given the date of landing.

Coming to my point will my case consider to apply for ILR or not?

Appreciate a favorable reply from you.
