NEW SET(O) FORM RELEASED!

SET(O) October October released. I cant find any difference from the May Version, anyone can find?
So the new form has references to that in the Documents section:From 31 October 2011, work permit holders and Tier 2 migrants who want to apply for settlement using application form SET(O) must provide specified documents to confirm that they are being paid at or above the appropriate rate for their job.
For example, under 10B (Work permit holder)
In addition please provide;
Your most recent payslip and your most recent bank/ building society statement. These must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application.
