Urgent - Post ILR Application - Document Submission

Dear Members,

I have made a postal application for ILR - SET(O).
For one of the absences of 2 weeks, I submitted a original letter from my employer stating that I was employed with them. The employer also wrote that as per company records I was on annual leave during that period.

In order for the leave to be considered as Paid Annual leave, I submitted original bank statement and photocopy of my salary slips. I did not have my Original salary slips 5 years back hence I mentioned in the application that I am attaching a copy and that I had submitted the original when I applied for HSMP.

I applied in 2nd week of october and got an acknowledgement from UKBA - Croydon that my application will be passed on to a case worker.

Now I have found my original payslips. In the Set(O) guidance notes, it is mentioned that I can send any other docs after application to LIVERPOOL postal address.

My questions are :

1. Is it advisable to send in the original payslips now after 1 month of application ? I needs to show these paid annual leaves as I am short of absences.
2. If I send the docs to Liverpool will it delay my application ?
3. If docs are sent to Liverpool then will the application which I presume being processed in Croydon be sent to Liverpool ?
4. I presume that Liverpool office processes long term 10/14 yr ILR and Asylum applications. Am I right ?

I would be grateful if someone can direct me on this as I am in two minds to send docs to Liverpool by recorded delivery 1st thing on Monday.

Thanks & Regards
Ash

Why do you need to submit the letter for your annual holiday? You need to provide the employer letter only when you want to support any business trip or exceeding the 180 or 90 days in a single trip.

Thanks
