ilr queries

dear seniors,
I have 3 questions below:
1, I am on tier-2 visa and my ILR is due in end of nov-2011, my wife is also on tier-2 visa can she be qualify with me for ILR.
2, I got WP in nov-2006 for 5-years i made redundant in april-2009, i found new employer and got my tier-2 visa stamped on 15th aug 2009, so there is a gap of 3-months and 14days in 2009 without employment does this affect my ILR in nov-2011.
3, I am travelling to india in jan-2012 with my wife and a 7-month old baby it is advisable to include my child when i apply for ILR in nov-2011 or i will directly apply for my child for british citizen once my ILR is approved.
please help me for above 3 questions.
