apply ILR for my child separately, can I use SET(F)

Dear all,
My wife and I have been granted ILR, but we didn't include our son when applying for ILR. He was born in UK and at first we would like to apply for citizenship using MN1. Now we changed our mind for some reason. Can we apply ILR for the child again? Is SET(F) the correct form to be used?
