Hi, can someone give any suggestion....
I am planning to apply ILR in March 2012 using same day service , just wondering if i should go myself or send a solicitor on my behalf. Mine is a straight forward case of Post Nov 2006 HSMP (not covered by JR).
If someone on this forum has used a solicitor for same day service before? Any suggestions plz..

If your case is straightforward then do not use immigration experts/ solicitors, just use this forum to get standard letters and supporting documents. I got my ILR done through PEO in Croydon and it was pretty straightforward. Make sure you know and provide all the necessary documents. However if you think your case is complex like you overstayed outside of UK or for some other reason then you can contact reliable solicitors.
