Eligibility for ILR

I am looking to apply for ILR as the spouse of a person settled here.
I joined my husband in the UK two years ago ie in nov 2009. And I am currently on FLR. He got his ILR last year ie dec 2010.

Under the following provision I feel I am eligible as according to my understanding I have lived in the UK as the spouse of a person currently settled here:
You should use application form SET(M) if you:

· currently have temporary permission to remain in the UK as the husband, wife, civil partner or unmarried/same-sex partner of a British citizen or a person settled here;
· have lived here for 2 years in this category; and
· are still planning to live together (and are still married or in a civil partnership, if applicable).
However my confusion lies in the wording of the first statement. Does it mean that I need to be living for two years in the UK as the spouse of a person who has been a permanent resident for atleast two years himself? Or who is just currently a permanent resident? ie do I need to wait till dec 2012 which is when he will be a permanent resident for two years. Or am i already eligible as I have lived in the UK as his spouse on the relevant visa for two years.

Any help in clearing my confusion would be highly appreciated.

The Requirement Just states that you need to live in UK as a dependent for two years. There is no requirement that your husband should complete 2 years as Permanent Resident. So you can surely apply.
