Just wanted to share the below info and thanks to the forum for all help.
Am happy to answer any question and wishing all the best to all.

My particulars:
WP + Tier1 ()
ILR applied for self, spouse+kid
Arrived in the country on 3rdDec2006
changed to Tier1 on 1oct2009

Appo time 2PM.
Case officer asked for last 12 months payslips+bank stmnt and "life in UK test" certificate, nothing else was asked or verified.
PP stamped and out of the building by 3.45PM

Congratulations! Can I please ask ethe following questions:

1) did you have any absences?

2) were you asked about the work permit approval letters (for the time when you were on a wp) and the tier 1 approval letters?

1. Yes I had absences but there was NO absence over 3 months or one or more absences which amount to more than 6 month in total during the 5 year

2. No, just that I was sorting my bank stmnt and payslip infront his desk he had a glance of those as I had with me and said if I could pass on those papers as well.
