Dear all,

Hope some one clear my head about the date i will qualify for ILR and my details as follows.

On 23rd June 2005 i came to UK under working holiday visa and after spending about 20 months later in uk i got a work permit visa from an employer.

I received my work permit approval letter issued with in UK and because of working holiday visa i travelled back to india received the 5 years work permit visa copy on my passport.

My 5 years work permit visa was approved from 2nd april 2007 and came to UK on 8th april 2007.

should i count 28 days from 2nd of april or 8th april 2012, please let me know your opinion.

Thanks in advance
