Applying ILR

Post by silversurfer » Sat Dec 17, 2011 6:56 pm

Hi,

I will be applying ILR soon for self and 2 dependents.
Case : WP + Tier 1. Not spent more than 180 days in 5 years and not more than 90 days in any single trip outside UK. Spouse living with me since last 5 years.

I have the following documents in place. Anything that I may have missed?

1 - Passports (self and dependents)
2 - First WP letter, work permit extension letter, Tier 1 Approval letter.
3 - Life in the UK certificates.
4 - 12 months' salary slips + 12 months' bank statements.
5 - 5 X P60
6 - Co-habitation proof covering recent 2 years period.
7 - Previous and current employer's employment verification letter.

Thanks,
silversurfer

- Photographs? (two for each person with names written behind them)
- The Actual SET(O) document
- If you are one of the nationalities that were required to register with the Police when you arrived to the UK then you will also need your Police Registration Certificate.

I am taking it just to be on the safer side should case worker ask for any reason. I don't think they are mandatory.
