SET (O) Form confusion for HSMP then Tier1 to ILR applicatio

I have a confusion on Page 7 as to waht to select on page 7 (the category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain.)
I came here under HSMP approved before Non 2006 (but after April 2006):
then got extended for 3 years as Tier1(General) which expires in Jan 2012, which one should i choose:
(1)Tier 1 (General) Migrant applying under the terms of the HSMP Forum Judicial Review Policy Document; OR
(2)Highly skilled migrant under the terms of HSMP ILR judicial review policy document.
Can someone please guide me on this. Many Thanks in advance

Hi Sushdmehta
I got admitted under the HSMP scheme in July 2006 and I am eligible to apply Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) visa under the terms of HSMP ILR judicial review policy document.
Date of entry to the UK: 18th January 2007
Leave To Remain Expired: 18th January 2012
Would you please let me know the following:
Q. 1:
PAYMENT DETAILS:SET(O)
If you are applying as a highly skilled migrant (HSMP), are you doing so under the terms of the HSMP ILR judicial review policy document? See main guidance notes for more information about this.
Yes/No
Q. 2:
In Section B
a. Tier 1 (General) Migrant applying under the terms of the HSMP Forum Judicial Review Policy Document
OR
b. Highly skilled migrant under the terms of HSMP ILR judicial review policy document

Hi Guys
Today, I got my ILR and there was an IT problem at Home Office, Croydon. I was waiting there almost 6 hrs and thanks God finally, I got it.
I would especially like to thank John, sushdmehta, vinny and others who helped me to know the ILR process.

malayanayak.. looks like mine very similar to your process, what did you answer for this question?

I have mentioned
Yes
I have supplied the following but she took few of them:
Co-habitation documents for 2 years:
o Joint bank statements, Joint mortgage statements and Joint home insurance - building & contents.
o Both DVLA driving licenses & letters, NHS cads & letters, Voting poll cards and letters.
o Council tax bills, water bills, TV licensing letters and loan statements
o Marriage Certificate

one more doubt as I fill up. in Section 10 DOCUMENTS, what section to be chosen 10G or 10L (page 34/35 on SET-O form)
--sorry for too many questions, but as i keep fillling, too many doubts keep coming.

Thanks malayanayak for your valuable advice. Recieved the ILR today.
Went to croydon peo appointment jan 9,
1. Reached office 30 mins before appointed time.
2. Sat for a while at waiting area; then called in for security checks
3. Another queue where form was checked and basic questions + gave a token ( took abt 1 hr in total).
4. Next is payment,(ata a different queue and floor of the office) and wait for token to be called to submit form + supporting docs. (From payment to called at window about 2.5 hrs).
5. Following that was quick in about 35 mins got back the passports.
Overall exp nice, friendly staff. Just note: no restautant inside

Hi Both,
I have the same case as you both. Can you advice me if we are exempt from doing the LIUK test as well as the points assessment on the form.
the form is quite conflicting in different sections so helps to know what bits you ticked.
Appreciate your help with this
