SET (0) Section 10

I have my ILR appointment in Croydon next week and had a question about section 10 in SET(0). I was first given HSMP on the 24th of Jan 2007 and I then extended my stay by converting to tier 1 (G). Therefore I completed section 10A (all applicants) and section 10L (for tier 1 G). Do I need to complete section 10G (HSMP) as well? I would really appreciate your help. Many thanks in advance.
