Tier 2 Intra Company transfer to Indefinite leave to remain

Hello,
I'v been in UK since Feb-2007, I was initially on Work Permit and then moved onto Tier 2 ICT in Aug -2008 and got my visa renewed again in Feb-2010 under Tier 2 ICT. I will completing five year of stay in UK in Feb-2012.
I understand I'm eligible for applying for Permanent resident in Feb-12.
I believe the next steps are 1.) Clear life in the UK exam 2.) Book an appointment with UKBA 3.) Complete Set O and provide all necessary documents. Is there anything else I need to consider while I apply for ILR.
