Hi,

My initial visa was HSMP stamped on 22 Nov 2007 and then extended to Tier1 General. I'll apply for ILR in Jan 2013.

My wife is going to apply visa in Jan 2012 and hopefully her application will be successful.

Can my wife apply for ILR with me in Jan 2013 or she needs to complete 2 years here in UK?

She needs to spend two years in UK with you. I think you will need an extension for her and once she has completed 2 years, she can apply for ILR.
